Chalet View Lodge

Chalet View Lodge is a boutique resort and spa located in Graeagle, CA about 65 miles north Tahoe and 50 miles west of Reno. There are 51 rooms of different accommodation on the property, which also includes an onsite brewery and a Starbucks. All of the rooms for our wedding weekend have been blocked to the general public and will remain so until 60 days prior to the big day. To reserve your room for our wedding please follow the below instructions: (1) Go to: chaletviewlodge.com (2) Select the “Check Availability” button in the top left corner of the page. (3) Select the “Special Codes or Rates” drop down menu under the SEARCH button. (4) Select the “Promo Code” drop down menu and select “Group Code”. Type in our code:Maehr20. Confirm this by selecting the APPLY button. (5) Enter your expected arrival and departure dates (5/5-5/7 if you plan to stay the entire duration). (6) Confirm your selections by selecting the SEARCH button. (7) Select the room type most suitable for your party.

Please do not call the hotel to reserve your room(s) for your stay, the Front Desk will be unable to assist you. We hope that you will consider celebrating the entire weekend with us at Chalet View Lodge. Please note that Graeagle is relatively remote. Ride sharing apps and other technological amenities will not be available.

Flight

Flight

Chalet View Lodge is about a 50 minute drive from Reno Airport, and about a one hour drive from Lake Tahoe. For those of you that are flying in from out of town, the closest airport is Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO). For our guests flying from out of town, the Reno-Tahoe International Airport will be the easiest and most efficient airport to fly into, with only about a 50 minute drive to Chalet View Lodge from there. We recommend renting a car for the weekend. You can also consider flying in and out of Sacramento Airport, SMF. This airport is a 2.5 hour drive from the wedding venue. If you plan to vacation in San Francisco (Bay Area) before / after the festivities, San Francisco is an easy and beautiful 4 hour drive away. The airport is San Francisco International Airport (SFO).
