Travel Information

• Flights: You can fly into either Copenhagen, Denmark, or Stockholm, Sweden. - From Copenhagen, we recommend taking a train from the airport or central station to Kalmar, Sweden (approx. a 3.5-hour trip) with Öresundståg. Tickets can be purchased from airport or central station from one of the ticket machines (depart at least every hour). - From Stockholm, you can travel by train or bus from Stockholm Central Station to Kalmar, Sweden (approx. 4.5–5.5 hours), or consider renting a car. Travel from Kalmar to the venue: • By Car (Recommended): If you are driving, cross the Öland Bridge from Kalmar and follow road 136 towards Borgholm. Ekerum Resort is signposted along the way (approx. 30 minutes). - If you plan to rent a car, we recommend doing so in Sweden (cheaper). - Taxis are also available from Kalmar. • By Bus: From Kalmar station, bus 101 departs regularly to the "Ekerum" bus stop. If you arrive in Kalmar by train or bus, we may be able to assist with transportation to the venue—please contact us if you need help.

Ekerum Golf & Resort AB

This is the venue for the dinner and reception. We have reserved hotel rooms for guests who wish to stay on Friday (July 3) and/or Saturday (July 4). Rooms will be held until April 1, 2026, after which they will be released to the general public. To book a room, please contact Ekerum by email at info@ekerum.com or by phone and let them know that you are attending the wedding and which dates/room you would like to book. The following room types are available (all include breakfast): • Single person room (enkelrum): 1 395 SEK per night (205 CAD) • Two person room (dubbelrum): 1 790 SEK per night (265 CAD) • Three person room (trebäddsrum): 2 190 SEK per night (320 CAD) • Four person room (fyrabäddsrum): 2 580 SEK per night (380 CAD)
