Brandon and Linley met in their Intro to Construction class in the fall of 2018. After being placed in a semester long project group together, they became quick friends. A little over a year later, they went on their first date to a Virginia Tech basketball game (Brandon's first one) and then got PK's for dinner. The rest is history.

Brandon and Linley got engaged on the Blue Ridge Parkway. Brandon surprised Linley when they went for a drive the night before he moved into his first apartment on his own in Richmond. It was a perfect moment. Linley cried.
