We're Getting MARRIED!

Chris and Heather met in the desert on New Years Eve Night 2016. Heather was at the campfire and Chris struck up a conversation, of course about racing and Baja Bugs. Heather went on and on about racing Norra with her Dad that year. Chris said that night there was something about Heather that was different. Through the year Chris did his best investigation work, keeping tabs on Heather with the help of his brother Bobby and sister-in-law April. One day Chris was at the boat races with friends and a picture was taken of him with one of Heather's friends. That picture was sent to Heather and struck up a conversation between Chris and Heather, once again about Baja Bugs and the current trip Heather was on with her Dad riding dirt bikes in Mammoth. One afternoon a friend came over to Heather's and asked "has anyone tried talking to you recently?", Heather being the oblivious one said "no". After go back and forth for several minutes, Jen finally said "Heather! has Oly tried talking to you!?" The next night Jen and Luke got Heather to come downtown (only with her Dad of course) and then Chris, and if you know Heather and Chris you know they don't go downtown. Chris spent the night talking to Scot (Heather's Dad), buying him several drinks. The following Friday (after spending every night together) Chris crashed a family friends wedding to be with Heather. That night Heather told Chris "I love you" and Scot called Chris "Heather's boyfriend". Chris of course questioned Heather that night about the boyfriend comment, and then asked Heather if she wanted to be his Girlfriend and she said absolutely. Then Chris questioned "so you love me huh?". Heather turned beat red and mummled a little then said "yes". Chris responded "I love you too". From that night on they where inseperable.

Chris chose to propose on Heather's family trip to Maui for Tina's 50th birthday. He only told Heather's dad (after asking permission for her hand of course) and his parents, brother and sister. Five days into the trip, Chris got down on one knee and asked Heather to Marry him on one of the most beautiful beaches in Maui during the helicopter tours cliffside landing. Heather cried for a few seconds before saying YES!.
