How do I get from the airport to my hotel?

Uber/Lyft is the easiest and most reliable way to get from Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport to your hotel.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

Daytime high temperatures during early June tend to be in the upper 80s, while the early morning lows are mostly in the low to mid-70s.

When is the RSVP deadline? Can I RSVP online?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as possible. We ask that guests submit their final RSVP by March 15th, 2024. You can access the RSVP portal from the homepage or on this site's navigation section under "RSVP".

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

Our ceremony begins promptly at 5:30 pm, the doors to our venue will open at 5:00 pm. Please do not arrive any later than 5:15 pm.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will not be transportation. If you are staying in the French Quarter, it is more than likely that our venue will be a walkable distance from your hotel.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

We strongly recommend walking or using a ride-share service to get to the venue. If you are driving, there is public street parking and paid parking lots in the area.

What should I wear?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will both take place indoors. The dress code is Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We understand it is tempting to want to take photos, but we ask that phones be put away for the duration of the ceremony.
