All accommodations will be provided. We will have the villa booked from Wednesday October 6th- Monday October 11th. Each couple will have their own bedroom and bathroom, inside of one of the five apartments in the villa. Each apartment also has a kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc.

The bride and groom will be flying to Rome (FCO) on Saturday October 2nd and spending time exploring Rome and taking our time to get to the villa. Anyone is welcome to join us, otherwise here are the closest airports to the villa: 1. Pisa International Airport (PSA) —RECOMMENDED - 30–40 minutes to the villa - Requires layover - Closest and simplest option 2. Florence Airport, Peretola (FLR) - 45–60 minutes to the villa - More flight flexibility, requires layover - Beautiful drive through Tuscany 3. Rome Leonardo da Vinci–Fiumicino Airport (FCO) - Offers direct flights from MSP - 3.5 hour drive to villa

Traveling from Pisa

Option 1: Rent a Car - recommended - Drive time: ~30–40 minutes - Very easy, straightforward route - Please pay attention to manual/vs automatic when booking - Make sure to get the international drivers permit - Costs approximately $40 per day. Option 2: Train - Depart from Pisa Centrale and arrive at Lucca Railway Station - Take tram from airport to train station ($5 per person) - Travel time: ~25–30 minutes - Frequent, direct trains - Cost- Approximately $5 per person plus $5 to get to train station Option 3: Private Transfer - 30–40-minute drive - Easiest if you are nervous navigating trains or renting a car - Cost- Approximately $180 for a 3-person car or 7-person van. Great option if traveling with a group.

Option 2: Rent a Car Drive time: ~45–60 minutes - A beautiful drive through the Tuscan countryside - Please pay attention to manual/vs automatic when booking - Make sure to get the international drivers permit - Costs approximately $40 per day. Option 2: Train - Depart from Firenze Santa Maria Novella and Arrive at Lucca Railway Station - You will need to take a taxi or shuttle from the airport to the train station (approximately $15 per person) - Travel time: ~1 hour 20 minutes to 1 hour 45 minutes - Some routes are direct; others require a quick transfer in Pisa Cost: $10 per person for the train, $15 per person to get to the train station Option 3: Private Transfer - Easiest and quickest option - Make sure to book early and confirm the day before - Great option if you are nervous renting a car or navigating trains - Could get a van that sits 7 people for approximately $250 each way - Could get a car that sits 3 people for approximately $200 each way

Option 1: High-Speed Train Take a train from Roma Termini to Lucca Railway Station - Travel time: ~3–4 hours - Usually requires one or two transfers in Florence or Pisa - Cost approximately $50 round trip per person - This is not recommended if you have not traveled via train before, transfers can be complicated especially with luggage. Option 2: Rent a Car in Rome - Drive time: ~3–3.5 hours - Great if you want to explore Tuscany along the way - Be prepared for city driving when leaving Rome - Please note the car will be small, I would recommend keeping it to two people in the car to allow room for luggage - Please pay attention to manual/vs automatic when booking - Costs approximately $40 per day.
