We would greatly appreciate if you could respond to our invitation by July 7.
Please plan on arriving before 5:30 pm to mingle, take photos with the bride and groom, and enjoy some delicious appetizers and drinks. Dinner will then be served at 6:30 pm.
The dress code is "dressy casual." We've linked a couple guides below, but in summary, dress like you're going out for a nice dinner date in the summer! For the ladies, some examples include sundresses, casual cocktail dresses, and of course, áo dài. For the guys, you won't go wrong with a buttoned and collared shirt (long- or short-sleeve), plus dress pants or chinos; a suit is okay, but jeans are too informal for our event. Please avoid white clothing, including patterns on a white background. 1. https://www.theknot.com/content/wedding-guest-attire-cheat-sheet#casual-attire 2. https://www.brides.com/story/wedding-dress-code-explained#toc-semi-formal-or-dressy-casual
We love kids and would be happy to have your little ones join us!
No; although we are very happy you want to share the joy with others, we would like to keep our celebration intimate and therefore restricted to only our families.
Yes! Ray's Boathouse has complimentary parking in their spacious lot, however, we still recommend carpooling.
Your presence at our celebration is the greatest gift for which we could ask. However, if you wish to honor us further, we would appreciate preserving the Vietnamese tradition of "lì xì" on the day of our celebration instead of presents. These red envelopes symbolize your heartfelt wishes for our good luck, happiness, and prosperity in marriage, and your generous gesture will be deeply cherished.
