Delicious Muscat grape juice, lovely Cabernet and Chardonnay—and one of our favorite photo spots. You can’t go wrong with a castle. Reservation in advance required.
Beringer Vineyards
An easy walk in. Great Cabernet and other reds. The mansion is beautiful and perfect for photos.
V. Sattui Winery
Features a fountain and a more modern winery. The wine is great, and the property is beautiful with plenty of corners to explore. We even considered it as a wedding venue. Reservations recommended.
Napa Valley Balloons, Inc
One of the best ways to see the vineyards is from the sky. You'll need an early wake-up call, as the calmest skies are in the morning. Not ideal for those afraid of heights, and the landing can be a bit tricky—be ready for a bump! But aside from that, the views are absolutely breathtaking.
Napa Valley Wine Train
This has been on our list for a while, but we haven’t had the chance to try it yet. The idea of enjoying a proper afternoon tea while riding a train through the vineyards sounds incredible. If you’ve experienced it, we’d love to hear about it!
The French Laundry
No need to praise one of the world’s top Michelin 3-star restaurants—it speaks for itself. It’s been on our bucket list for a long time, but we haven’t managed to snag a reservation yet. Bookings open on the 1st of each month for the following month.
RH Restaurant at RH Yountville
A restaurant with elegant chandeliers and sophisticated interior design—perfect for a romantic date night.
Bouchon Bakery
A bakery owned by the Michelin-starred chef behind The French Laundry. Definitely worth a visit—highly recommend trying the giant macarons.
Oxbow Public Market
Oxbow Public Market is a vibrant foodie hub packed with local vendors, delicious eats, and unique finds. Perfect for wandering around, tasting fresh produce, grabbing coffee, or picking up some artisan goodies. A must-visit spot for anyone exploring the area!
