FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVPs are due on the date indicated on your invitation. We politely encourage our guests to RSVP early as that helps us more effectively plan our big day. The RSVP form is open now for your convenience.

Question

Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?

Answer

We kindly ask our guests to RSVP online - here on our wedding website. If you are having difficulty with the RSVP process, feel free to reach out to us for assistance.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We suggest arriving by 3:45PM to grab your seat and get comfortable. The ceremony will start promptly at 4PM. Cocktail hour will follow immediately after the ceremony concludes.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to space limitations, we simply can’t accommodate all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Therefore, we regretfully ask our guests to please not bring a plus one unless they are specifically named on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a dirt lot directly next to the venue that guests are welcome to park at. Carpooling or Ubering is HIGHLY recommended as parking is limited to the dirt lot. The venue is located in a residential neighborhood, please do not park on the street to allow neighbors to access their homes easily. On that note, please drive carefully through the neighborhood as children may be playing outside.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is garden semi-formal. Make sure to dress appropriately for the Arizona sun! For inspiration on attire, see our Pinterest board here: https://pin.it/41peS4vww

Question

Will the wedding be indoors?

Answer

No, the wedding will be completely outdoors to enjoy the gorgeous scenery and dance under the stars. We would suggest dressing in lightweight fabrics to stay comfortable. For our out-of-town guests, please be sure to check the weather report for the evening. In May, the afternoons can get quite warm, but it should cool down significantly once the sun sets.

Question

What type of food will be served at your wedding?

Answer

Charcuterie will be served at cocktail hour. For dinner, as an homage to how we met, we will be enjoying freshly prepared tacos with various meat and veggie options.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We are delighted to host our guests with an open bar. Tips for the bartender are encouraged. Please drink responsibly and plan transportation ahead if you plan to indulge.

Question

Is smoking allowed?

Answer

No smoking of any kind is allowed on property - this includes the use of vapes. Any person(s) found smoking on the premises will be asked to leave the property by venue management immediately.
