Hyatt Regency Long Island

We will be staying at this hotel the night before the wedding as well as the night of the wedding. We will have a shuttle from here going back and forth to the venue during the hours of the wedding. To book, please use the link below for the discounted rate. We have rooms for the 22nd and the 23rd. There's a limited amount of rooms in our room block so we encourage to book sooner than later if you want to stay at this hotel.

Shuttle

Shuttle from Hyatt to Bourne Mansion

August 23, 2024 6:00 pm - 1:00 am

A shuttle will be running from Hyatt to Bourne Mansion during the evening. Shuttle schedule: From Hyatt to Bourne: - The shuttle will leave from Hyatt at 4:30 pm. - There will be another shuttle leaving at 5:30pm - if you take this one you will miss out on the ceremony. Shuttle from Bourne to Hyatt: - First shuttle leaves at 10pm. - Second shuttle leaves at 11pm. - Last shuttle leaves around 12pm, after the afterparty. If you need to get back to the hotel earlier than 10pm, the bus will be available to leave Bourne from 6pm if necessary.

Train

Long Island Rail Road

If you are staying in or traveling from NYC we recommend taking the LIRR to Ronkonkoma, if you will be staying at the Hyatt Regency Long Island. You can take an Uber og Lyft to the hotel for $10-$20 from the train station. Tickets for the train can be purchased through the app TrainTime (MTA) or at the train station. We recommend downloading the app and buying tickets through there.
