Bryan's company, H&R Retail, hired a new team member, Sarah Keating (Lindzy's college roommate). Sarah asked Bryan to join her for an afternoon coffee at Starbucks. While they were walking across the street, Sarah informed Bryan that she would be introducing him to one of her best friends, who was interviewing for Montgomery County Public Schools, more importantly, was single, and possibly moving to the area. Bryan introduced himself to Lindzy and made small talk. He was then abruptly asked to leave, by Sarah, shortly thereafter. Following Starbucks, Bryan got Lindzy’s number, they went sledding on our first unofficial date, and the rest is history. - Bryan
On Friday, August 7th, 2020 Bryan asked Lindzy to marry him. Her response, "Of course!" Bryan and Lindzy were spending the weekend at the Davis's beloved "farm," the one with no animals just people and boats as Bryan's niece explains. Along with Bryan's immediate family, Lindzy's parents were also there for the weekend. Friday started out like a pretty typical day on the farm. Coffee and a walk around the farm. They had all lunch together and cooled off in the pool. Then Bryan went MIA, which simply means you can find him in his base-camp recliner. He napped for 3 hours! When Bryan awoke it was time for cocktails and a sunset cruise. As Lindzy debated to shower or not, she was advised she definitely should. Lindzy now couldn't be happier she decided to shower, and blow dry her hair! As they deported on the cocktail boat cruise, the sunset was perfectly hung. The boat slowed down shortly after they got to the Potomac River. Bryan requested they take a photo, Lindzy was reluctant. "We have so many sunset photos, Bry." As they stood on the back of the boat for a photo, Bryan got down on one knee. - Lindzy
