We met at the Tilghman Beach and Racquet Club in Myrtle Beach, SC at the young age of 14. Both of our families were on vacation at the time and we first met at the community pool. Jared had long curly hair, an awesome flame henna tattoo and a love for mayhem. Lindsay was a blossoming young lady on vacation with a group of her friends into dancing and cheering. We exchanged AOL IM screen names and kept up with each other over the years as we lived our own lives and grew up, a little. When Jared returned from Iraq on leave, he messaged me to meet him at Appalachian State where his cousin, Luke and I , were currently attending. He was a shy when we first met and I wanted to meet back up with the cute boy I once met at the beach. We met up, went out, started talking, and then started dating. Took him 5 years to finally pop the question, and 2 years later we are planning a wedding! We can't wait to celebrate with all of you!
