Traveling to Ocean Reef

Ocean Reef Club is located on the northernmost tip of the island of Key Largo. You can fly into any airport in Southeast Florida, rent a car and drive or pre-arrange for private transportation. Airport options and their distance from Ocean Reef are below: Miami International Airport (MIA): 54 miles (approx. 1 hour) Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL): 84 miles (approx. 1.5 hours) Palm Beach International Airport (PBI): 125 miles (approx. 2 hours) Ocean Reef Club Airport (07FAL): Private airport located inside the Club.

Golf Carts

Golf carts are by far the best (and most fun!) way to get around ORC during your stay. There will be free parking available for any rental cars, but driving is not practical for getting around Ocean Reef.  The Inn is within walking distance of all weekend events. If you are not staying at the Inn, we highly recommend that you reserve a golf cart for use during your stay. If you are staying at a rental house, make sure to inquire if golf carts are included. Transportation

There are 4 transportation options to Ocean Reef: 1. One-way Enterprise rental - If you choose to rent a car to travel to and from Ocean Reef Club, we recommend a one-way Enterprise rental for both your arrival & return trip. You will not need a car to get around the club during your stay. To book an Enterprise rental car, call 305.367.2611 and ask for Enterprise car rentals (starting at $90 each way). 2. Rental car for the whole trip - book online through any rental car company 3. Private car service - Approximately $250 one-way (inquire through room reservations) 4. Uber is approximately $75 from MIA or $100 from FLL - Uber/Lyft ONLY drops off at the gate. Call 15 minutes in advance to have the bell stand send a complimentary van to come and grab you for check in. If you take an Uber from the airport, you will have to book either a private car or book an Enterprise one-way rental to return to the airport. *UBER can pick you up outside the Ocean Reef Gate but cannot come in.
