Welcome Party

7:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Elevated Casual: Ladies-midi dresses, a blouse with a skirt, tailored pants, or nice jeans; Guys-button-downs or polos with tailored pants or nice jeans.

Come get the weekend started with us and enjoy some drinks and light bites!

Ceremony and Reception

5:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Cocktail Attire: Ladies-cocktail dresses, midi dresses, dressy jumpsuits; Guys-dark jackets and slacks. We highly recommend bringing a warm layer to wear while mingling outside during cocktail hour and seated for dinner!

After the ceremony, there will be cocktail hour followed by dinner on the beautiful, twinkle-lit patio of Big Bear Cafe (weather permitting). Dinner will be seated family style and will include two starters, two entrees, and two sides to share with your table. One of the entrees will be vegetarian-friendly. Following dinner, join us back inside for dancing! We will wrap up the evening at Big Bear no later than 10pm and encourage anyone wanting to keep the party going to join us at a nearby bar (location TBD).

It is open from 9am-1pm and is located on the street right in front of Big Bear Cafe (between 1st Street and Florida Ave).
