We're getting married!

In 2017 my brother Timmy was a captain for the Minnesota Wilderness junior hockey team, based out of Cloquet. My family and I would travel to most of the home games. One of the first home games we attended, my brother, Andy, recommended we go to this bar "Carmen's" and get a burger. (he claimed they had the best mushroom and swiss burger) So my mom and I drove to Carmen's to eat. Carmen's soon became our "go to" spot. I vaguely recall our first encounter with Ryan. He was our server. I remember I had asked him if they had Margaritas and he responded "I make really good ones!" I remember thinking "pfft. this should be great." (it actually was a really good Margarita, I highly recommend them!) After that day we came in a number of times, I don't remember seeing Ryan every time or really thinking too much of him until one day... Again we had stopped at Carmen's before the game. Ryan was our server, I remember after he came to our table to greet us and take our drink order, my mom and I looked at each other casually did the "nod" and agreed that he was pretty good looking. After our meal Ryan came up to our table and asked me if I would take a shot with him. Of course being from Wisconsin, I agreed. Later on that night, after consuming a few too many beverages at the game. I told everyone I was going to "Cameron's" to go hit on the bartender. I consumed entirely too many shots, slurred my words, begged Ryan to come to a game with me and to top it all off I whispered to my sister-in-law “I'm gonna marry that man." That night Ryan and I had exchanged numbers, chatted a bit, casually stayed in touch through the season but we eventually lost touch. Until August of 2017. Both Ryan and I had some unfortunate life events take place. Ryan reached out to me and we quickly became good friends. We supported each other and got one another through our respective struggles. Eventually Ryan convinced me to make the trip to Cloquet and I've been here ever since!
