• Vendors will wear masks during set up and while working the event. • The Guild will supply hand sanitizer/sanitizer dispensers at the front door and back door of the event space plus additional hand sanitizer at the bar. • All guests will be required to enter through one door at the start of the event, check in and get their temperature taken by our team (touchless thermometer). • The Guild will require the flow of traffic is only through 2 doors throughout the rest of the event. • Bar Service will be table side for the start of the event. After that, guests will be responsible for social distancing while at the bar. • If guests do not wish to go to the bar, we will additionally have a bar cart that will go table to table offering beverages. • Masks for guests are optional (and suggested) but not required. We will have masks on site to provide.
Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outside in the garden and the reception will be indoors at the Guild. Guests are able to remain outdoors for parts of the reception, if they so choose. The Guild is a giant warehouse setting, allowing plenty of room to appropriately distance.
We completely understand and absolutely respect your decision if you opt not to attend. Everyone needs to do what is best for them and their personal safety! We will miss you at the event. The only thing that we ask, is that if you do not feel comfortable attending, you let us know 3 weeks prior to the event, at minimum.
