Question

What are the Covid Rules for this shindig?

Answer

As of now: -Masks will be required for guests when they are not seated/eating. We CAN have a dance floor (!!!) but we are assuming masks will be required while you get down out there. -Open bar can still happen, but it isn't a single communal location. Servers will be available to get you all the drinks you want! -Dinner, dessert, and tea/coffee will be served family-style at the table so you don't have to get up or wait in any lines -We will likely need to do smaller groups per table (e.g., 6 instead of 8 or 10) and tables will be more spread out. We will try our best to seat you with your crew!

Question

Do I NEED to RSVP?

Answer

Yes PLEASE. All RSVP's are reset, so if you RSVP'd to the original date, please do so again. Though the rules frequently change, our venue will be strictly adhering to capacity limits imposed by the state. Though we absolutely wish we could have all of you there, we are unlikely to be allowed to do so, and we completely understand that attending an in-person event might not be possible or preferable for you right now. Please let us know your intentions to attend either in-person or virtually, or if you can't participate, by March 31, 2021 so that we can make sure all guests who want and are able to attend in person may do so while still adhering to state restrictions. Thank you in advance for your cooperation!

Question

How can I attend virtually?

Answer

After RSVP-ing to the virtual event on the RSVP tab, you can go to this link directly to watch the live stream of the ceremony: https://www.zola.com/wedding/lindseyseth2021/virtual/ZGD1AQpmBN If for some reason that isn't working, you can copy this URL directly into your browser to open the Zoom app and join the live stream: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/77210737621?pwd=T1FVU2NKTWpYcnRlZVZSZ2s2WnE2QT09 Meeting ID: 772 1073 7621 Passcode: 872964

Question

Should we plan to be outside?

Answer

Yes! While the ceremony, dinner reception, and dancing will all be indoors, we have a large patio as well for cocktails, smoking, and just for hanging out if weather permits! We may be able to get a tent and heaters out there if it's rainy or unusually chilly, but bring a jacket if you want to hang out outside into the evening.

Question

Open bar? Cash bar? How can I get lit?

Answer

Open beer and wine all night! Cash for liquor. Beers include Bud, Bud Light, Coors Light, Corona, Sam Adams, Blue Moon, and Stella. There will be two red wines and two white wines available as well.

Question

What if we sneak in some nips?

Answer

PLEASE DON'T. We get charged $500 if we get caught with outside liquor--even if they're found in the trash. Help us out and be smart about your booze.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! Furthermore, due to Coid capacity limitations, we cannot allow any extra guests beyond the few that are permitted. Please leave the kiddos at home.

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes; if not, we would prefer if it was just you. Due to Covid capacity limitations we unfortunately will not be able to accommodate any guests not listed on the invitation.

Question

Dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire. No need for black tie or evening gowns, but if that's your thing go for it. We want everyone to feel snazzy but also want everyone to be comfortable enough to party with us for the night.

Question

What’s for dinner? Do I need to send in a meal choice? What if I’m deathly allergic to something?

Answer

Dinner will be served buffet or family style, in order to maintain covid safety regulations. We’re having BBQ! BBQ beef brisket, BBQ chicken, sautéed vegetables, lemon dill orzo salad, tossed salad, scalloped potatoes, and bread and butter. If you have any dietary restrictions, please fill out that question when you RSVP so we can make our caterer aware!

Question

Can we smoke at the venue? I heard weed is legal there.

Answer

Yes! Massachusetts has legalized recreational marijuana so feel free to stop at NETA or Insa and get some. Smoking is permitted on the patio and ashtrays are provided. However, smoking anything, including vapes, is NOT permitted indoors. MA has banned vaping anyway, so keep that outside and don’t draw too much attention to yourself if that’s your thing 😉.

Question

Will there be travel to/from the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Nope! We are holding the ceremony and reception in the same building. Since almost everyone is traveling from out of town, there is no one shuttle to take guests from their accommodations to the venue. Uber and Lyft are always reliable if you don't plan on driving yourself.

Question

My question isn't answered here. How can I reach you to get specifics?
