DEAR FRIENDS & FAMILY, AS MANY OF YOU ALREADY KNOW, OUR WEDDING PLANS WERE SEVERELY IMPACTED BY THE RECENT CORONAVIRUS. WE ARE HAPPY TO REPORT THAT WE TOOK THESE CHANGES IN STRIDE, AND WILL BE HAVING A PRIVATE CEREMONY ON THE FARM. IT IS BITTERSWEET, BUT WE ARE THRILLED TO FINALLY BE GETTING MARRIED. WE KNOW ALL OF YOU WILL BE CHEERING US ON IN SPIRIT THIS DAY!

It all started with an accidental Facebook friend request and a message from Tyler asking "Do I really know you?" A week after booking his first trip to California, Tyler received a friend request from Lindsey. He thought it was all too coincidental; she must know his cousin in California he was going to visit because he had no other connections in the state. After confirming only one mutual friend, a client of Lindsey’s, the simple question turned into daily conversations. As they got to know each other, Tyler made a point to visit Lindsey on her lunch break his first day in California. They attended a Kings game at Staples Center that night, and that first date would end up being the last first date for them both. Over the next year they would fly back and forth between Ohio and California. Between spending time with family and exploring the map, their love would continue to grow and plans to be together would become more serious.

After dinner & some slow dancing in their farm house kitchen in Ohio, they decided to go for their usual evening walk to catch the sunset over the farm. It was a gorgeous cool Summer night, as they walked down the back road chatting about the growing crops & the boys back home. As they walked by the corn field they had planted together in the Spring, Tyler stopped, got down on one knee & asked Lindsey to be his wife & spend forever by his side!
