The wedding is in MO, you'll likely stay in MO, the airport is in MO, but Lindsey is from the Kansas side! :)

Where can I find the best BBQ?

Answer

Oklahoma Joe's! (Now called Joe's KC). There are several locations, the original one is in a gas station. If you've already had that, check out Q39 - a newer joint.

What is the attire?

Answer

For men: Suit or jacket, tie optional For women: Festive summer evening :) Ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside on grass, so think about your shoes!

When do I need to book my room at the hotel?

Please book your room as soon as possible so that if we need more, we will be able to add them at our discounted rate. Please see the travel section for hotel information!

What airline should I fly?

Answer

Most major airlines fly to Kansas City - Jet Blue does not. Check out Southwest's website - it won't show up if you search on Kayak/Skyscanner, but often has great deals to Kansas City.

Do I need to rent a car?

Answer

Not necessary - there are plenty of Ubers and taxis available, and most activities are a short distance from the Intercontinental. Also make sure to check out the Bird Electric scooters all over downtown!
