Where should I stay?
Answer
We have secured discounted group rates at two Toronto hotels: Chelsea Hotel and W Hotel. You can find more information on how to book with the special rate on the Travel page. Rates are subject to availability of the hotel and the special rate expires April 28, 2026. Please book early to avoid disappointment.

Is there parking available at the venue?
Answer
Parking is limited to City of Toronto street parking at both venues. Guests are encouraged to carpool and rideshare to avoid expensive parking lots and limited spaces. Spadina Museum: guests can park at Casa Loma for a flat fee of $20. Other parking lots are available within a 10-minute walk (uphill) at George Brown College (lots A, B, and C) on Macpherson and Bridgeman Avenues for up to $10. Album Studios: Paid street parking is available on Geary Ave between Bartlett Ave and Dovercourt Rd. Paid parking is enforced until 9 PM on Saturday. Guests can pay through street-side payment stations or with the Green P app. Alcoholic beverages will be available to guests at both venues. Please plan ahead for safe transportation by arranging a designated driver or using a rideshare/taxi service. Guests are reminded to drink responsibly.

What should I wear and what type of shoes?
Answer
Formal florals and spring patterns are encouraged! The dress code is Garden Party Formal. Lindsey hopes for an elegant yet whimsical evening. The ceremony space is grass. Albeit firm, guests are asked to consider this when choosing their footwear.

Is the wedding outdoors?
Answer
Our wedding ceremony is outdoors, but our reception will be indoors.

Will alcohol be served at this event?
Answer
Yes! Alcohol will be made available to our guests at both the ceremony and the reception. Guests are reminded to drink responsibly. Please plan ahead for a safe ride home by arranging a designated driver or using a rideshare/taxi service.

Are children included in the invite?

We love your bundles of joy, big and small, but we kindly request no children other than immediate family members. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I take photos at the ceremony?
Answer
Short answer? No. Please refrain from capturing photos during the ceremony. Photography is tremendously important to Lindsey and she spent months vetting photographers to find the right team to capture the day. Please help the photography team capture the ceremony without interference. After the ceremony, guests are encouraged to capture the evening. Please share with us if you do!

I wish I knew. The ceremony will continue outdoors rain or shine.

Are the venues accessible?
Answer
Yes, both locations are accessible. The reception venue has a second entrance that is accessible. Accessible and gender inclusive washrooms are available at both locations.
