After attending the same Jr. High and High School, Tony and I met officially in November 2016 at a mutual friends' Fight Night event and enjoyed friendly conversation. We didn't make plans right away but 6 months later, we realized we lived near each other and Tony suggested we meet up to work out together. I always wanted a teammate in life and here we were- walking my dog Moo, learning new skills (Tony taught me how to play tennis), making meals together, attending church, and truly enjoying each others' company. One night, as we were swinging in my hammock, I knew, before he did, that this was exactly how I wanted to live out the rest of my life. -Lindsey, The Bride

I always knew 2020 was going to be the year, then the pandemic happened so I knew I had to adjust my plans. As we started the home buying process, thoughts and ideas started to percolate. Our lease was ending in December and we were two months out. Lindsey was getting antsy but I had faith we would find our first home in time for the holidays. We were looking and looking and put in other offers, but when we saw this house, it was different. We had a certain price we were willing to offer but God had bigger plans and made a way for us to negotiate a lower than asking price. After putting in our final offer, Lindsey and I prayed together about our plans, our future and our hopes for this house and around 7 that evening, our realtor, Ms. Mayweather gave us the good news- we got it! After this magnificent blessing, I knew I wanted to propose to the love of my life in the blessing we received. I waited until the final walkthrough and with the help of Ms. Mayweather, everything was setup wonderfully. After walking the home, we were taking a picture in front of the fireplace, and I bent down on one knee and asked her to marry me. -Tony, The Groom
