What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event.

Is there transportation between the hotel/downtown and the venue?

Answer

Yes, there will be shuttles running from the Residence Inn and Gravity Haus to the venue. There will also be shuttles at the end of the night from the venue back to Residence Inn/Gravity Haus.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 so we recommend getting to the venue by 4:15. Any shuttles running from the Residence Inn/Gravity Haus to the venue will arrive on time.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there are several parking lots at the venue if you would like to drive.

Should we get a rental car?

Answer

If you have any interest in doing any big hiking, sightseeing, or moving between towns then we recommend getting a rental car. You can get away with not renting a car by taking a shuttle up to Breck and utilizing the free bus system/walking. Our hotels are in downtown and accessible to some nice trails. But if you want any flexibility we recommend getting a rental car.
