Ceremony
4:00 pm

ATTIRE: Black Tie Optional | Formal Evening Wear. We invite guests to dress in formal or evening attire to help us celebrate in style.
The ceremony will begin at 4 PM. We kindly ask that guests start to arrive by 3:15 PM to allow time for transportation to the top of the hill. For those unable to ride the ski lift alternate transportation will be provided.
Cocktail Hour
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Please join us on the sundeck of the Yodeler Lodge for appetizers and a cocktail hour following the ceremony.
Reception
6:00 pm - 10:00 pm
The reception kicks off at 6:00 PM, with dinner served at 6:30 PM. Afterward, get ready for an evening full of dancing, laughter, and celebration as we party together until 10:00 PM! When the reception winds down, we’ll head downtown to the Gin Mill to keep the fun going—shuttle buses will be provided.
Shuttle Bus 🚌

A shuttle bus will be provided to take guests from the reception back to their hotels, Airbnbs, or downtown to keep the celebration going! The shuttle will run from 9:00pm–1:00AM and will service locations within a 5-mile radius of the reception.

Brunch
9:30 am - 11:30 am
The morning after the wedding, we’d love for you to join us for an open-house style brunch at an Airbnb one mile from downtown (8 Rogers Rd, Ellicottville, NY 14731). Come hang out, enjoy some coffee and breakfast, and relax with us. Later in the afternoon, we plan to head into town to watch football and keep the fun going! A lot of our friends and family plan to stay until Monday.
