Kaththea is a one of a kind best friend, and I feel incredibly lucky to have her by my side. From the beginning, she’s been there for me through every high and low, offering support, loyalty, and love. Her magnetic personality, outgoing nature, and infectious laughter light up any room she goes into. There’s been so many times when I’ve felt down and she knows what to do or say to brighten up my day. We were roommates in our younger days and we found that we lived very harmoniously. This kind of easy flow has continued long into our friendship and we seem to thrive together in all environments. What truly sets her apart from the average person is her loyalty. She’s the kind of friend who stands by you through thick and thin, always having your back. Kaththea is very driven. She possesses a competitive nature and often comes out on top whether it’s in life goals, sports or games. Kaththea is caring, she shows up when you need her without even having to ask. She seems to just know when her presence is needed and always offers a helping hand. I am eternally grateful for the memories we’ve shared, and for the ones still to come. She is by far one of the most important people in my life and I’m beyond grateful to have her as one of my maids of honour.

Skyler is my ride-or-die, always game for whatever adventure life throws our way. She's spontaneous and fearless, jumping into new experiences with me without hesitation. She has this incredible ability to turn the most laid-back days into unforgettable memories. Whether we're just hanging out or embarking on something new, it's always a blast with her. Skyler gives the best advice and knows exactly how to calm me down when I’m stressed. No matter how crazy things get, she’s the steady hand that helps me find my way back to calmness. She’s sassy, beautiful inside and out, and she’s one of the funniest people I know. Her quick wit and sharp sense of humor can light up any room, and she’s the kind of person who will have you laughing until your stomach hurts. Skyler also played a huge role in furthering my relationship with Taylor in the initial stages. She’s been there through so much, and I truly don’t know where I’d be without her. I’m so grateful to have her by my side and so excited to have her as one of my maids of honor on our big day. I wouldn’t want anyone else standing by me as I start this next chapter of my life, and I’m so lucky to have someone like her who makes every moment feel even more special.

Dawn and I have been inseparable from the very moment we met, and it feels like we’ve shared a lifetime of memories together. From the reckless adventures of sneaking out as teenagers to late nights spent working on university essays, she’s been my constant through every high and low. Our friendship has grown and evolved in ways I never could have imagined, particularly as we've navigated the journey of motherhood side by side. Watching our daughters, Adalynn and Makena, form a bond so similar to ours has been nothing short of amazing. They have formed their own bond, their little inside jokes, and the way they love and support each other mirrors the friendship Dawn and I have. Dawn is a rare mix of shy and outgoing, with a gentle yet lively personality. Her empathy and ability to make people feel special is unmatched. It’s no surprise that Dawn became a nurse because caring for others comes naturally to her. She's the kind of friend you can confide in without fear of judgment, and I trust her with my deepest thoughts. Dawn is more than a friend, she’s family, and I’m excited for many more memories with her and our girls in the years ahead. I feel incredibly fortunate to have her as one of my maids of honor on our wedding day.

Renae is not just one of my best friends and sister-in-law, but also one of the most incredible people I’ve ever had the privilege of knowing. From the moment she came into my life, she’s been a constant source of joy. Her energy lights up any room, and her empathy makes everyone feel seen and valued. She has this rare gift of lifting everyone up around her. Her genuine vibe makes people feel comfortable and appreciated just by being near her. Whether she's offering kind words or hyping someone up, Renae allows people to embrace the best versions of themselves. Renae’s ability to make people feel comfortable and laugh makes every family event more fun. Her humour is one of the many things that makes her so special. Having Renae’s presence through both the tough times and the good ones has been a blessing. Through some of my more difficult times, Renae’s been an unexpected rock for me. Her loyalty and ability to brighten any room are just a few of the countless reasons I’m so thankful for her. At this point, I honestly cant imagine navigating through my life without her. It’s such an honor to have Renae as one of my bridesmaids on our wedding day, and Im incredibly grateful to have her in my life.

Karli has been one of my best friends for years, and we’ve shared countless unforgettable memories. But when I first started spending time with Taylor, I had no idea they were cousins. When I found out, it was such a pleasant surprise, and I instantly knew we were destined to be best friends forever. Now, we’re family, and that makes our bond even more special. Karli is bold, charismatic, and endlessly full of energy. She has this remarkable ability to turn any moment into something fun, whether we’re off on an adventure or just chilling together doing absolutely nothing. With her around, there’s never a dull moment laughter and good vibes are guaranteed. What I admire most about her is her big heart. She’s fiercely loyal, always standing up for what she believes in, and her unconditional support means the world to me. Even though we’re no longer in the same town and don’t get to see each other as often as I’d like, every time we reconnect, it’s like no time has passed at all. I feel incredibly lucky to have her in my life, and I’m beyond excited to have Karli by my side as one of my bridesmaids on our wedding day.

Miles is not only my best friend but also my first cousin, and honestly, I don’t think I could ask for a better guy to be by my side. He’s always the loudest guy in the room, full of energy, fired up, and trying to get everyone around him on his level. It’s rare that anyone hanging around Miles isn’t feeling good or laughing at one of his jokes. We’ve been through it all together, life’s highs and lows and in the 30 odd years we’ve known each other, we’ve shared more memories than most people could ever dream of in a lifetime. Miles has been both a brother and a best friend to me since he could talk. From playing hockey and video games together to bonding over our shared passions, we’ve grown up side by side, and now we have the same sense of humor, outlook on life, and moral compass. I truly consider myself lucky to call him my best man, and I wouldn’t want anyone else standing by my side on this special day.

Brandon has been one of my longest and closest friends, all the way back to when we were teenagers. We first started hanging out at work, and before long, our shared sense of humor and common interests led to countless hangouts after hours. We’ve got a ton of great memories from our early 20s, and over the years, our friendship has only grown stronger in ways I never expected. Brandon’s the kind of friend you might not see for months, but when you reconnect, it’s like no time has passed. Every time we hang out, it’s non stop laughs and an amazing time. He’s always been brutally honest if you’re out of line or need a reality check, he’s not afraid to let you know. That kind of loyalty and realness is rare, and I’m beyond grateful to have him by my side on my wedding day. It’s an honor to have him stand up there with me.

Dorien is someone I’ve known since he was a young teenager when he started dating my sister, and from the start, I always admired how polite and respectful he was. Over the years, our bond grew, and we developed a strong friendship and brotherhood that’s only gotten tighter with time. Family events and gatherings kept bringing us together, and I’ve always appreciated his smart, logical way of thinking. He’s got serious long term goals, not just for himself, but for my sister as well, and I respect that deeply. Dorien knows how to have a good time and enjoy life with friends, but he’s also disciplined whether it’s putting on his work boots or focusing on his studies, he knows when to buckle down. He’s the kind of guy who shows his kindness, loyalty, and dedication in everything he does. I’m feel proud to have Dorien up there complimenting my grooms party.

Cameron is truly one of a kind. As one of my first cousins, we’ve shared so many unique life experiences that no one else could ever quite understand. We grew up incredibly close, and in our twenties, we had countless unforgettable adventures together. Cam is someone I hold near and dear to my heart. He’s got a heart of gold and an unwavering protective instinct when it comes to the people he loves. While he enjoys his quiet time to recharge whether it’s long hikes or getting lost in a good book. Cam also has a strong social side that comes out when the moment’s right. He’s always been one of my biggest supporters, and I feel incredibly lucky to have him by my side on such an important day. Having Cam in my grooms party means a lot, and I know he’ll make this moment even more memorable.

Justin is one of my newest friends, but in the time I’ve known him, he’s made a huge impact on our family. He’s married to one of Lindsey’s closest friends, and he’s been a constant, positive influence in our kids' lives. He’s an incredibly hard working guy, a devoted father, and one of the most generous people I know. Not once has he turned down a chance to help me out, especially during those times when we really needed it. From day one, he’s been the kind of guy who’d give you the shirt off his back, not just for me, but for our whole family. It’s rare to come across a friend like him it’s been easy to bond with someone so down to earth and genuine. Justin’s got this effortless vibe that makes him easy to be around, and conversations with him always feel like they’re with someone I’ve known my whole life. He’s got a laid back personality and enjoys his quiet time, but when he’s in the mood, he’s got a real social side. Justin is hilarious to be around. It was an easy to choice for me to have him stand up and enrich our grooms party.
