San José del Cabo
The small downtown of San Jose Del Cabo, has great restaurants and an art walk on Thursdays. It is an adorable historic little town.
La Lupita Taco & Mezcal
This is our favorite restaurant in San Jose! Great live music, tacos and mezcal. What more could you want? Reservations recommended and make sure you request the patio to be near the live music.
Choriarte
Right across the street from La Lupita. The food is 100% comparable if not better than La Lupita. You must try their chimichurri.
Flora Farms
Flora farms is a beautiful farm to table restaurant literally on a farm! This is an experience you won't want to miss.
Acre
We could not recommend Acre Baja more. This is just up the street from Flora Farms but you feel like you are on the island of Fiji. Rustic concrete floors and lush plants, a farm to table menu and fresh cocktails. Make sure you arrive before the sun goes down, grab a cocktail and walk the beautiful grounds of Acre Baja.
Costa Azul Surf Shop
If you are looking to rent surfboards this is our spot. Only 10-15 minutes from the hotel.
Cabo Pulmo
If you have the time, drive out to Cabo Plumo and snorkel or scuba dive. It's roughly two hours from the hotel, but the drive is easy.
EL MARINERO BORRACHO THE DRUNKEN SAILOR
This amazing restaurant is just a block from the hotel. We used to drive 15 minutes to eat here, 3 times a week. So, we are very excited we will be staying a block away from this little gem.
El Jefe Fishing Charter
There will be fishing charters right out of the marina where we are staying. We do however, recommend El Jefe Fishing. He is based out of Cabo San Lucas (35 mins away) and you are guaranteed to catch some monsters! He is the tuna and marlin slayer. Only recommended for the true boatsman/women. You will be on a panga boat for the day with little shade. The only way to book with him is via Facebook messenger. You can also reach out to us for his cell.
Los Barriles, Baja California Sur
Los Barriles is a town in La Paz Municipality, Baja California Sur, Mexico. About an hour drive from San Jose Del Cabo. This is where we like to spend the day on ATV's or side by sides. Be sure to ask for snorkel gear with your ATV's. These crystal blue waters are hard to beat.
