What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding dress code is cocktail attire. Ladies, we kindly ask that you avoid wearing white or ivory.

Can I Bring A Plus One?

Answer

If your invitation includes a guest, we’d be so happy to have them join! Otherwise, we kindly ask that you celebrate with us solo.

Are Children Allowed?

Answer

While we adore your little ones, we kindly request please do not bring your kiddos. We hope this allows all guests the opportunity to relax and enjoy the celebration!

What Time Should I Arrive For The Ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00PM. You should please plan to arrive about 15 minutes before the ceremony is scheduled to start. This gives you enough time to greet a few people, find a seat, and be comfortably settled before the ceremony begins.

Will The Ceremoney and Reception Be Indoors or Outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be held indoors. Weather permitting, the cocktail hour will be a mix between indoor and outdoor. If the weather does not cooperate, the cocktail hour will be moved indoors.

Is There Parking Available?

Answer

Valet parking is available at Hotel Haya for $39 per night.

Will There Be Transportation Provided?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided as the wedding is held at the hotel. If you plan to stay at a different hotel, there is a trolly & uber/lyft options.

Do You Have a Hotel Block? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

Yes! We’ve reserved a block of rooms at Hotel Haya. You can find all the details under the HOTEL tab. If you’re arriving early, there’s also a special rate available for Thursday night.

When is the RSVP deadline? How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by Friday, December 19th using the RSVP tab on our website. If you have any trouble or questions, please text Lindsey at 941-456-6152 — she’s happy to help!

Will there be food and drinks during cocktail hour?

Answer

Following the ceremony, please enjoy light hors d’oeuvres and an open bar featuring beer, wine, and spirits.

Will there be dinner at the reception?

Answer

Yes, dinner will be served at approximately 6:30PM.

Will there be vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, or dietary options?

Answer

We’ll have a vegetarian option, but if you have any other dietary requests, kindly text Lindsey at 941-456-6152 when you RSVP!

Answer

We’re so thankful you’re joining us to celebrate our special day! While gifts are not expected, we’re registered on Honeyfund and Amazon. You can find the links under the REGISTRY tab.
