Our wedding dress code is cocktail attire. Ladies, we kindly ask that you avoid wearing white or ivory.
If your invitation includes a guest, we’d be so happy to have them join! Otherwise, we kindly ask that you celebrate with us solo.
While we adore your little ones, we kindly request please do not bring your kiddos. We hope this allows all guests the opportunity to relax and enjoy the celebration!
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00PM. You should please plan to arrive about 15 minutes before the ceremony is scheduled to start. This gives you enough time to greet a few people, find a seat, and be comfortably settled before the ceremony begins.
The ceremony and reception will both be held indoors. Weather permitting, the cocktail hour will be a mix between indoor and outdoor. If the weather does not cooperate, the cocktail hour will be moved indoors.
Valet parking is available at Hotel Haya for $39 per night.
Transportation will not be provided as the wedding is held at the hotel. If you plan to stay at a different hotel, there is a trolly & uber/lyft options.
Yes! We’ve reserved a block of rooms at Hotel Haya. You can find all the details under the HOTEL tab. If you’re arriving early, there’s also a special rate available for Thursday night.

Following the ceremony, please enjoy light hors d’oeuvres and an open bar featuring beer, wine, and spirits.
Yes, dinner will be served at approximately 6:30PM.
We’ll have a vegetarian option, but if you have any other dietary requests, kindly text Lindsey at 941-456-6152 when you RSVP!
