We are getting hitched and we can't wait to celebrate with you in 2022!

Lindsey was at work, making coffee, when a big, beautiful, bald man approached the register. A mutual friend of the two (now Bridesmaid, Lauren) announced his presence, Lindsey blacked out, called him "angel" and the stage was set!

After Lindsey gave Lauren the thumbs up to name drop, Reinhardt was definitely interested (he had even thought to ask Lauren for more information about Lindsey). Since he didn't know Lindsey's schedule, he would stop by the cafe most days after school (not knowing Lindsey worked mornings) with the hope of running into her, having several cups of coffee just to be sure not to miss any opportunities. After two weeks of misses on both sides, (Lindsey was looking for him too), Lindsey was starting to lose hope. Finally, one day, Reinhardt decided to head to the cafe right as it opened, only to find out Lindsey wasn't there! Reinhardt decided to leave a note to finally ask her out for coffee (it’s a theme, ya know?) and Lindsey walked in right as he finished writing it! Her answer was obviously, YES and the rest is history! We are praising the Lord for his goodness, his amazing plan for us, and for the answered prayers in bringing us together!

So....COVID. Need we say more?? There's been a change of plans. We will move forward with getting married on March 27, 2021 with our families at an intimate ceremony and we're so excited to start our life together! We're sad that we don't get to party with everyone in 2021 but can't wait to have a party in 2022!! So, looking ahead at 2022, since Reinhardt and Lindsey both have a love for the outdoors, the Redwoods near the coast sounded like a perfect place for a wedding. OVY is located halfway up the San Francisco peninsula, nestled between the Pacific Ocean to the west and old growth redwoods to the east. The camp consists of 100 beautiful acres including redwoods, hilltops with amazing views, hiking trails, and a creek! This is sure to be a weekend to remember! We can't wait until 2022 to share it with you! Best vow renewal ever!!
