Guests are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the ceremony. After the ceremony, guests are welcome to freshen up, check in to their hotel, or enjoy some downtime before the reception. Shuttle service will be provided from Caesars Windsor to the reception venue for cocktail hour. The shuttle will pick up guests from Caesars Windsor at 3:15 PM. At the end of the night, the first shuttle will leave the reception between 10:00-10:30 PM, with the final shuttle leaving at 12:00 AM.
Getting to the venue by Uber is usually manageable. However, because Wedding in the Woods is located outside the city, getting an Uber home late at night can be difficult and unreliable. We strongly recommend arranging a safe ride home ahead of time (designated driver, pre-booked ride, or shuttle if provided).
The ceremony will be held indoors at the church. The reception will take place in a pavilion at Wedding in the Woods. Cocktail hour may be held outdoors, weather permitting.
The reception is in a naturally shaded, open-air space under trees. While there is no air conditioning, the space has ceiling fans, and the tree coverage helps keep the area comfortable. Light, breathable attire is recommended.
Absolutely. If you have any dietary restrictions (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, allergies, etc.), please note them in your RSVP and we’ll make sure you’re taken care of with a specially prepared meal.
Our colour palette is soft neutrals with whites and greenery. Guests are welcome to wear any colours they feel comfortable and confident in.
Yes! We’ll be having an open bar throughout the evening. Please celebrate responsibly and plan your transportation home in advance.
