What if I have already booked a hotel room or Air BnB?

Answer

If the shelter in place is lifted by then, make a fun trip out of it anyways! If not, most hotels have additional information on their website due to COVID-19, and are accepting cancellations waived 24 hours before arrival. Air BnB's also have additional information on their website, and are accepting cancellations if a booking occurred during a certain time frame.

When is the celebration and how will you inform us?

Answer

The celebration will be held on May 8, 2021. We will update our website with travel information and hotel booking at a later date, as well as send out an invitation in the mail.
