Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony venue will open for guests 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. We encourage guests to arrive at this time or 15 minutes before the official ceremony start time so you may get settled before the proceedings.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal: Women - Cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits,separates,etc. Men - Suits and Sports Jackets, Starched Jeans etc.

Will the ceremony and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors, weather permitting. The reception will take place indoors. Please, plan appropriately for the environment and weather.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Springtime in San Angelo is warm and mildly humid with an average high temperature of 86° and low temperature of 60°. Humidity is an average of 54% with an average of 5 days of rainfall for the entire month.

What will your wedding-day timeline look like?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at the officially designated start time of 5:30 p.m. The reception will follow and dinner will be served at 6:30. Reception activities and events will be within 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. Send -Off will be promptly at 10:00 p.m.

How do I get to the wedding venue? Will transportation be provided?

Answer

All wedding events will be on the venue property. Guests may park in the designated parking area. No transportation to the ceremony site or reception will be needed or provided.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Guest parking is available on site. Directing signs will be used to indicate where to park.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Every wedding invite has specified household members that are invited to the wedding. Upon RSVPing, you will see the list of name(s) associated with your party that have been invited. Due to space/constraints and safety restrictions, we are only able to accommodate specified guests at our wedding. Please, RSVP to see your party’s guest list.

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

Light hors d'oeuvres and select charcuterie will be served during cocktail hour. Dinner will include smoked pork or chicken with beans and potato salad.

I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?

Answer

If you have dietary restrictions and/or allergies, guests may indicate so upon RSVPing online. Unfortunately, due to the selected caterer, no accommodations will be made to the menu, so guests should plan accordingly.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

There will be an open bar serving select beer and wine. Cash tipping is encouraged.

Have you booked hotel room blocks for guests?

Answer

A room block has been reserved at Pearl on the Concho under “McGuire Wedding” for $85 per night.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

Answer

A professional photographer has been hired by the couple to capture the special day. Guests are permitted to take still and video footage and share on social accounts. The bride and groom just ask that guest captures and footage does not interfere with any wedding activities or events or hired photographers from capturing the special day.

What's the best way to RSVP and when is the deadline?

Answer

Please, RSVP online on our website by Saturday, April 16, 2022.

I can't attend the wedding in person. Will there be a virtual wedding celebration?

Answer

Unfortunately, we will not be streaming the ceremony, so all celebrations will take place in person on the day of the event.

I'm visiting from out of town. What can I do while I'm in San Angelo?

Answer

Answer

Can I bring my gift to the wedding?

Answer

Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience.

Will there be any other events to attend during the wedding weekend?

Answer

Upon RSVPing, all invited guests will have the opportunity to indicate which events he or she may be able to attend.

What health and safety measures will you be taking during the event?

Answer

All appropriate safety and health measures will be taken across the venue and all vendors in accordance with state law.

How will you communicate any updated information and/or changes before the wedding?

Answer

If there's any further information that needs to be disseminated regarding the wedding, you will receive information via email, phone, or text. We will also work to keep this website up to date with all of the latest information.
