What Is The Dress Code?
Answer
Think beach cocktail wear. We encourage light, airy fabrics and comfortable shoes suitable for Mexico. Spring colors, neutrals and florals are encouraged. Dress pants and dress shirt. Can I Bring a Date?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding! *Since we haven’t sent our formal invites yet, please reach out to Kellen or Lindsey to ask if you have a plus one to help assist with travel planning. We will be sending out formal invites in August.

While we’d love to accommodate your kids, we are keeping this an adults only event as the resort is also adults only

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?
Answer
The ceremony will be at the Gazebo and the reception will be at the Nautical Beach Bar on the Royalton property

What if I don't RSVP in time?
Answer
We will miss celebrating with you! We need to provide our venue with the exact numbers by FEBRUARY 6th, 2026, so please remember to RSVP on time! Even if you have booked your travel, PLEASE remember to RSVP or we will not be able to accommodate you.

Have you reserved hotel room blocks?
Answer
Yes! Please visit the 'Travel' tab in our website for booking information. You should have received an email from Dawn Thiel who can assist with booking and more detailed travel questions.

How do I get from the airport to the hotel and back?
Answer
It will all be arranged with Dawn when you book your stay. Once everything is booked and finalized, you will get mail from Dawn confirming all of your details along with transportation details to and from the airport. We would advise getting this taken care prior to getting there to not have to deal with arranging transportation once you have landed.

It will not be needed as everything is on the resort and within walking distance! Comfortable shoes encouraged

We will continue to celebrate at one of the many bars on the resort or at the dance club on site :)

Do I need a passport?
Answer
Yes, you will need a passport. Please begin this process sooner rather than later as it can take 6+ weeks for it to arrive. Also check the expiration date if you currently have one as many countries require passports to be valid for at least six months beyond your planned departure date from that country.

How do I get to the hotel from the airport and back?!
Answer
Dawn, our travel agent, is able to arrange transportation. PLEASE arrange it ahead of time, as there can be a lot of scammers at the airport who will charge you tons. You will likely be on a bus with other travelers, the bus will probably stop at other resorts to drop off passengers. Our hotel is about 20 minutes from the airport, but can take a bit longer pending the stops. Dawn is also able to arrange private transport for an additional fee if interested that will go straight from the airport to the hotel.
