Ceremony begins promptly at 3:00PM. Please arrive no later than 2:45PM to park and find a seat before our ceremony begins.
We can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one it will appear on your invite. We want to keep our wedding intimate with our closest family and friends.
We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of our ring bearer and flower girl. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!
Our ceremony and reception will be indoors.
We kindly request guests wear formal attire to celebrate our special day. Suits with ties and formal dresses are requested. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Yes. The ceremony will be at St. Joseph Church in the Capital Hill neighborhood of Seattle. The parking lot is on 19th and open for our guests. Street parking on 18th is also available, however, please note that city parking restrictions are enforced at all hours. The reception will be at the Washington Athletic Club and there will be free parking for guests in the WAC garage during our event. The WAC is located in downtown Seattle on 6th Avenue, between Union and University streets. The WAC parking garage is located one block north of the Clubhouse, just past Union Street on the left. You will be able to validate your parking ticket at the hotel. Please note the garage is first come first serve until it is full. In the case that the garage is full, there are many paid parking garages nearby.
Yes! Our reception is at the Washington Athletic Club where we have a block of rooms for our guests. Please check out the hotel tab for more information and additional recommendations.
Yes! There will be an open bar for our cocktail hour in the Johnson Lobby Lounge followed by beer, wine, and seltzers when we move to the Crystal Ballroom for dinner and dancing.
