All guests who are invited will be included in the RSVP on this website. Because we are not doing an open house there is limited space.
The dress code is wedding casual for the ring ceremony and dinner on the evening of the 31st. Men, think button up shirts and something a touch nicer than jeans. Ladies, think summer dresses. The evening may get chilly so be prepared for that!
If you would like to request a plus one please let us know on the RSVP and we can get back to you.
Yes, there is plenty of parking available at the venue.
Please RSVP by August 1st.
Guests are responsible for their own transportation to the venue on the evening of the 31st. Note: Guests staying in the complimentary bunkhouses will already be present at the venue.
Yes, there is a place to make note of this in your RSVP.
The venue is about an hour away from Spokane and the nearest city is Newport, Washington. Newport is very small with fewer options but if you would like to be near the venue it is the best option. If you would like be closer to the airport for your departure the next day I would recommend staying in North Spokane, which is in between the airport and venue.
While we cannot predict the weather, Diamond Lake in August is often quite nice during the day (70-85 degrees) and tends to cool off at night (into the 60s and 50s). Be prepared for cooler temperatures as the night goes on through the ceremony and dinner.
While dinner will be provided on the night of the 31st, If you would like any additional food, there is a Safeway and Super 1 in Newport. In addition, there is a lovely Mennonite Bakery called Bushels right on the lake that makes delicious deli sandwiches.
