Guests who choose to stay at another hotel other than the all-inclusive Hard Rock Los Cabos will be required to pay for a day pass or a wedding pass for each day they plan on attending our celebration. The cost per guest who are not staying at the Hard Rock is $132 per person for the wedding pass and $200 for the day pass. Wedding passes are guaranteed for purchase only on the date of the wedding ceremony. Guests with wedding passes must leave the Hotel by 11:00 p.m. Guests will be required to present valid identification at the Hotel’s front desk prior to purchasing a wedding pass. **Please be advised we are planning 3 days of wedding activities! **
In order to reserve your room, there is a deposit of $200, which is due at the time of booking. Final payment: 60 days prior to arrival charged on the credit card used at the time of booking. Note: You are able to edit the booking and modify the payment method at any time. All payments will be handled via the Hard Rock Los Cabos directly.
In order to request another room other than the rooms listed please email the wedding team at jacksonwilliamswedding23@gmail.com with the subject line “Room Type Request”. When emailing the wedding party please include the following: - Room type (exact name of room type from Hard Rock Los Cabos Website) - First and last names of every person in the room - Date of Check-in and Check-out Disclaimer: This is subject to availability. This may take up to 7-10 business days to receive confirmation from the hotel.
We understand things happen, so if you do have to cancel for any reason, please refer to the cancellation policy below: • 91 days or more prior to scheduled arrival no penalties apply. • Between 90 - 61 days prior to scheduled arrival, deposit is non-refundable. • Between 60 - 31 days prior to scheduled arrival, 50% of the total room revenue will be assessed. • Between 30 - 0 days prior to scheduled arrival, 100% of the total room revenue will be assessed.
We welcome all guests that receive an invitation to bring a plus one (1) to celebrate with us. (Max 2 guests per RSVP.) Please be sure to RSVP accordingly, so everyone is accounted for.

Airport transfers are not included automatically with your reservation but can be added on for an additional charge. At the time of reserving your room, you will be able to add transportation to your reservation. If you would like to cut some costs, brainstorm your ground transportation strategy with other guests so that you can carpool. Each vehicle can hold up to 5-7 people (depending on how much luggage you have). You can always add on ground transportation at a later time as well. Just be sure to do so before June 30, 2023.
We invite guests to arrive approximately 10-15 minutes prior to the ceremony start time (5 PM local time). Please turn off your mobile devices during this time.

We appreciate your expressed love for our celebration in the form of gifts, but we ask that all gifts be sent to the address listed on the registry tab on the website. This will help all parties involved with saving costs on baggage fees and other surcharges for transporting the gifts. All other gift questions will be answered on the 'Registry' tab.
