In late 2022, Jensen first laid eyes on Lindsey in the lobby of Citizens National Bank (since renamed Bonvenu Bank), and less than a year later, they went on their first date. In mid- November of 2023, a simple phone call between Lindsey’s coworker and Jensen’s grandmother sparked the beginning of a budding relationship. From Flying Heart pizza and bowling, to strolling the streets of Natchitoches during Christmas, they both quickly fell in love. On May 20, 2024, Lindsey and Jensen went on a date back to where it started, sharing a pizza at Flying Heart. Unbeknownst to Lindsey, this was the night that Jensen would propose.
