Why are you getting married during COVID-19?

Answer

Lindsey GOT ACCEPTED INTO PA SCHOOL, and Jake GOT ACCEPTED INTO MEDICAL SCHOOL!!! If we don't get married now, we probably will not have an opportunity for 8-10 years. So it's now or never! Thank you for understanding.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal attire. Since it will be summer in a beachy climate, it will be best to wear dressy-casual attire. However, we care more about your presence than your outfit, so please wear whatever you will be most comfortable in to celebrate our special day <3

How did you two meet?

Answer

Lindsey and Jake were on a night hike, with a group of friends, in pitch-black darkness. It was Lindsey's freshman year and Jake's sophomore year at UCSB. They started talking during the hike (well, Lindsey was trying to talk, but it was more like croaking because her voice was gone), and they immediately became friends. The next day they saw each other during lunch and Jake couldn't believe that the frog voice from the hike belonged to the most beautiful girl he had ever seen.

What time should I arrive to the wedding?

Answer

Please arrive to the ceremony location at 4:15 PM. It would be best to be seated by 4:20 PM as the ceremony begins at 4:30 PM. Reminder the ceremony location is: Alice Keck Memorial Gardens 1500 Santa Barbara St Santa Barbara, CA 93101
