No, you do not. Puerto Rico is a part of the United States so all you need is a valid ID

Do I need to be vaccinated to travel to PR?
Answer
As of now, no, but you will be required to take a PCR Covid test 72 hrs prior to landing. We have provided a link in the 'Travel' Section of our website for you to access and answer all questions.

No, you do not. Uber is available as well as other shuttle services the day of the wedding.
