Question

Will there be a mass along with the marriage vows?

Answer

Yes. Expect the ceremony to last approximately one hour. For our non-Catholic friends, communion is reserved for Catholics in good standing. You are welcome to come up at communion to receive a blessing from the Priest. When you present yourself to the priest, just cross your arms across your chest and the Priest will bless you.

Question

What is the attire for the wedding?

Answer

Please feel free to come comfortable, i.e., Sunday best, blue jeans, whatever you feel is appropriate for you in a church setting. Put your boogie shoes on too!

Question

Are children invited to the wedding and reception?

Answer

Yes, especially for the wedding and first few hours of the reception.

Question

Will alcohol be served at the reception?

Answer

Yes. We will have beer and wine handled by a caterer. We just ask that our guests try not to over indulge & remain respectful of our church, which we love.

Question

Will there be music and dancing at the reception?

Answer

Yes, we have a wonderful DJ lined up for the reception. Get ready to dance all night!

For all the days along the way
