One of our favorite things to do is go hiking. So it’s no surprise that our wedding venue is nestled within the largest state park in Oregon. This park is over 9,000 acres and includes 24 miles of hiking trails. These trails include waterfall views and 4 falls that you can walk behind. We encourage you to take some time to explore and enjoy the park.

Hiking at Silver Falls State Park

A 20 minute drive from Silver Falls state park the Oregon Garden is an 80 acre botanical garden just outside the town of Silverton, OR.

The Oregon Garden

Small Bavarian inspired town about 30 minutes from the venue. Things to do in Mt Angel include: Watch a performance at the Glockenspiel, walk or bike the Mt. Angel Heritage Trail, enjoy German beer and wine at various German style pubs. We love the Mt. Angel Sausage Company for delicious food and drinks!
