What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Garden black-tie optional! Ladies wear colorful, fun dresses! The wedding will be in the grass, so be careful with heels. Men can wear tux or suit.

How do I book the hotel?

What if it rains?

Answer

If it storms on the wedding day, we will move to a covered area on the hotel property. If it only lightly rains we will continue with the current outdoor location. The hotel should have umbrellas if needed, but we recommend bringing a travel umbrella just in case.

What time should we arrive for the ceremony?

The ceremony will begin at 430pm, so please arrive by around 420pm.

The ceremony is at the Garden Plaza, which is near the lobby.

What is the dress code for the rehearsal dinner?

Answer

Resort evening - what you would wear to dinner on vacation. Ladies can wear fun, casual dresses with sandals or heels. Men can wear khakis, casual shirts, and nice sneakers/shoes.

What is the welcome party?

Answer

We are having a very casual welcome hangout by the beach/pool. Bar tab provided for food/drinks. Come and go from around 12-3pm.
