When do I need to book a hotel by?
Answer
Please book your hotel stay by April 20, 2025. Please note that check-in is after the start of our ceremony time on Saturday so please take that into consideration if you are planning to get ready at the hotel.

We will not be having a wedding registry.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels and venue?
Answer
Yes. There will be bus transportation from both suggested hotels. Buses will leave at 2:30pm from both hotels. Transportation will be provided to the D. Hotel/Delaney house for the after party and Fairfield Inn immediately following the reception. If you plan to attend the after party at the Delaney House, you will need to coordinate your own transportation if you are not staying in the D. Hotel, which is attached. If you have any questions regarding transportation please reach out to the bride or groom!

What time should guests arrive?
Answer
We request all guests arrive 20-30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time. The ceremony begins at 3:00pm. There will be shuttles from each hotel.

Yes, plenty!

Is the venue handicap accessible?
Answer
Yes! The ceremony space, cocktail hour space and the reception space are all wheelchair accessible.

Will there be an after party?
Answer
Yes!!! We never want the party to end! Join us at the Delaney House located right next to the D Hotel following our reception to party all night long with us!
