Kindly let us know if you’ll be joining us by March 13th so we can finalize our plans for seating, food, and festivities. Please visit the “RSVP” tab to submit your response.
We’ve reserved a room block at Estes Park Condos for our guests. It’s just a short drive from the venue and offers cozy, scenic accommodations. Please check out the Travel section for more details on booking.
Yes! We’ve arranged a shuttle service with NOCO Party Bus to take guests to and from the Estes Park Condos and the wedding venue. The shuttle will depart from the Estes Park Condos at 4:15 p.m. and will return from the venue back to the condos at 10:10 p.m., so you can relax and enjoy the evening without worrying about driving.
There will be parking available for guests directly at the venue. You’re welcome to drive and park on-site.
The ceremony will take place outdoors, surrounded by the beautiful Rocky Mountain views. In the event of inclement weather, we’ll move the celebration indoors.
The dress code is semi-formal. We recommend cocktail dresses, midi dresses, or dressy jumpsuits for women, and suits or dress pants with a button-down and jacket for men. Since the ceremony will be outdoors, consider wedges or block heels. It can get chilly in April in the mountains, especially once the sun dips, so bring a jacket or wrap.
The reception will be held indoors at the venue, where we’ll enjoy dinner, drinks, and dancing.
Yes! We’ll have an open bar for all guests to enjoy. Please remember to drink responsibly and plan for safe transportation if needed.
