Yes. Dinner begins at 6pm but guests will enter the reception hall in small groups. Guests will be served food and drinks and will be asked not to move around/mingle with others at different tables during dinner. Tables will be spaced apart and all servers will wear masks.
Yes, but dancing will be outside in the pavilion. There will also be tables and chairs in the pavilion and on the lawn. It will likely be a very hot day. There will be a small air conditioned area if guests need a break from the heat.
There will be sanitizer stations placed throughout the venue. Guests may wear masks and all servers and bartenders will wear masks at all times. They opened an additional bar area so that guests do not need to wait in crowded spaces for drinks. There will not be any buffets or self-serve food. All food will be served to guests by staff members. Additionally, the venue is on a large property. Guests are welcome to walk around the property and spread out in the event that anyone would like more space.
160 people will be attending. Per Gov. Dewine, guest are required to wear masks. Guests have taken varying levels of precautions throughout the pandemic. We want everyone to make the decision that is best for them and their families regarding large gatherings.
