What should I wear?

Answer

Semi-formal. Suits and fun dresses are encouraged. Wear whatever makes you feel your best! Please note the ceremony will take place outside, as such, stilettos & thin heels are not the best idea.

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Yes! We have a hotel block booked at SpringHill Suites located in downtown Athens. You can book a room for a discounted group rate at https://www.marriott.com/event-reservations/reservation-link.mi?id=1726152673874&key=GRP&guestreslink2=true The last day to receive the discounted rate is April 30, 2025.

Is the wedding in Athens or Arnoldsville?

Answer

The wedding and reception are at Cloverleaf Farm in Arnoldsville, GA. The venue is about 20-30 minutes outside of downtown Athens. We will be providing shuttles from SpringHill Suites to the ceremony and from the reception to SpringHill Suites.

When will the shuttles leave?

Answer

The shuttles will leave from SpringHill Suites at 4pm on May 31, 2025 and will return from Cloverleaf Farm at 10pm.

Question

Can I ride on the shuttle if I am not staying at SpringHill Suites?

Answer

Yes! Just meet in the SpringHill Suites' lobby and the shuttles can take you to and from the event.

Are children invited?

Answer

Your formal invitation will indicate whether or not your kids have been invited. We would love to have everyone there, but we have a limited number of guests we can invite.
