How/when do I RSVP?
Answer
You can RSVP on this very website - just navigate to the toolbar at the top of the page, and the last tab will be "RSVP". Click on the tab, and follow the instructions to submit your RSVP. Please send us your acceptances or regrets by May 1, 2026.

Where should I stay?

There are a handful of hotels in the area for you to choose from, please navigate to the "Travel" section to see our recommendations.

When should I get there?

The reception will start promptly at 5:30p (EST), so please arrive between 5p and 5:30p.

May I bring a plus one?
Answer
Due to capacity constraints, we are unable to accommodate plus-ones unless stated on your invitation.

Is handicap parking available?
Answer
Yes, Parkside Hall has several handicap parking spots—as well as accessible bathrooms and venue space.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

If you have specific concerns or allergies, please contact the bride at (423) 596-6630, and she will confer with the caterer.

What should I wear?
Answer
We want all of our guests to be comfortable for the duration of the night! We have an adjoining indoor and outdoor reception space, but it is air-conditioned and there will be fans. We ask that guests wear spring/summer colors, but it's not required. Please avoid wearing any jeans, shorts, flip-flops, or short dresses. And please avoid wearing white ;)

Am I invited to both the Wyoming ceremony and the Chattanooga reception?
Answer
The ceremony in Wyoming will be an intimate gathering with our closest family members. We wish we could have everyone there, but we're so excited to celebrate with all our friends and family at the reception in Chattanooga! If your invitation includes details for both events, then you're invited to both. Otherwise, we'll see you at the big celebration back home!
