Question

Weather

Answer

June is the perfect month for visiting Fish Camp, CA and Yosemite National Park. The weather at Tenaya / Fish Camp is typically in the mid-70s during the daytime, but can get into the 50s at night, so plan accordingly. Sun down between 8-8:30pm. The weather in Yosemite Park is variable depending on location, so layers are recommended if traveling between the Valley (into the 90s) and the higher elevation areas like Glacier Point.

Question

Children

Answer

Kiddos are absolutely welcome this weekend and to the Friday welcome reception, however the Saturday wedding ceremony and reception are adults only. If you decide to make a family trip out of it, Tenaya Lodge is very accommodating to small children and has some seriously cool kid activities available. Childcare services for infants up to 12 years are available at the Tenaya and can be arranged during the event time. Contact the concierge for more info: https://www.tenayalodge.com/contact-us

Question

Ubers / Lyfts / Taxis

Answer

These are very very limited in the area. Personal or rental car, Tenaya Lodge tours, or public buses are recommended.

Question

Wedding Attire

Answer

Semi Formal Jackets - It maybe be warm (70s-80s) during the ceremony and down to the mid 40s-60s after 8pm, so you may consider bringing a jacket for the evening reception. There will be heaters and fire pit available as well. Ladies Shoes - Most areas are paved, with some adjacent areas of grass so any shoe / heel type should be just fine.
