Helpful answers to most frequently asked questions. Please reach out if you have any other questions or concerns.
Question

How should I RSVP? When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type the name(s) listed on your invitation envelope. Kindly RSVP before Friday, June 23rd. We will be sending our final headcount to our vendors shortly after the deadline. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. You will be missed!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it specifically indicated it on your invitation envelope. When you RSVP online you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone’s children at our wedding venue due to restricted numbers and space. This pertains to children of all ages including infants, toddlers, kids, and teens. Please refer to the RSVP tab to see if we are able to accommodate your children. If we are unable to invite your children, we hope that you see it as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

YES! The dress code is semi-formal garden party attire. We recommend suit/tie and cocktail dresses. No jeans please! Additionally, the grass lawn may be soft so rethink stilettos! Question

Will the ceremony and reception be outdoors or indoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors in the garden area of the venue. The reception will be held inside the venue!

Question

How does the seating work?

Answer

The ceremony will be open seating to sit wherever you please. For the reception there will be assigned seating. We will be carefully arranging tables so our guests are sat with those they know (plus one/partner).

Question

What do I do if I’m late to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting promptly at 4:30pm so we recommend guests arrive around 4:00-4:15pm so there’s enough time to mingle and find a seat. If you happen to be late, our coordinator will let you know if they are still allowing guests in or if you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens you will be able to join us for cocktail hour after the ceremony! Thank you for understanding.

Question

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes! The venue has a handicap entrance on the left side of the building. Please see our wedding coordinator Shirley or Charly for any help with accommodations.

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is complimentary guest parking. If the lot becomes full our wedding coordinators will direct you to additional parking spaces if necessary. For guests staying at the hotels, remember there will be a shuttle that can pick you up from the hotel and take you to the venue so you don’t have to worry about driving or parking!

Question

How will the shuttle service work?

Answer

We rented a party bus to shuttle our guest to and from the venue to the reserved hotels. We will be creating a shuttle schedule so we ask that you please specify which hotel you will be staying at when you RSVP so we know where to pick you up. Upon check in at your hotel we will provide you with a shuttle schedule. The shuttle will be making rounds at the hotels to pick up guests from 3:20-4:20pm before the wedding ceremony. The shuttle will be available to transport guests back to hotels from 10:30pm-12:00pm.
