Mass will be starting promptly at 2pm at St. Mark's Catholic Church. Please see the Schedule page for the address and further details.
There will be a program you can follow along with. As the old saying goes, “follow the leader,” as there will likely be others who have attended Catholic Masses before you can look to for guidance throughout the Mass. Verbal directions will be given throughout Mass when it is time to sit, stand and kneel.
Dress code is formal. Men are encouraged to wear a suit and tie; women are encouraged to wear dresses or pant suits. Please remember this is during the winter in the Midwest, so it is expected to be cold outside - layers are encouraged! Please consider dressing more formally for the nuptial mass, such as covering your shoulders with a cardigan or sleeves and longer skirt lengths.
There is no formal hotel block for the wedding. Instead, there are options of a few hotels in the area you can choose from listed on the Travel tab. You may also look on Air BnB for options or other options in the area.
Honestly. They are pretty equally yoked. Ask about their vacations. (courtesy of our Maid of Honor, Kristine) :)
