A modern-age love story, Lindsey swiped right for Brad on Bumble. His love of travel, wine, food, and dogs intrigued her. They met on a rainy night at a bar called Weather Up (how fitting!) in Tribeca and sipped on red wine for hours. In a city where love can feel impossible, Brad and Lindsey knew they came upon something magical and very special. From that moment on, they spent more time with each other by going on adventures across NYC and beyond despite the COVID-19 pandemic. They knew all they needed was each other.

This is probably the most classic proposal story. Lindsey and Brad were on Long Island celebrating Lindsey's Great Auntie Ann's 90th birthday with her family. Since Lindsey's parents were there for the celebration near Brad's family, Brad coordinated a dinner for both families to meet. After dinner, Lindsey said goodbye to her parents and went back to Brad's sister's house to stay over. The next morning, Lindsey and Brad awoke early, and Brad insisted on going on a hike in West Islip at Gardiner Park. Lindsey of course hesitated and said she'd prefer to go to an OrangeTheory class, but eventually obliged. The entire car ride and walk out to the bay, Lindsey was not pleased and did not understand why we had to go on this walk (ha, if only she knew!). Once at the end of the walk and looking over the Great South Bay, Brad got down on one knee and told Lindsey how much he loved her and asked her to marry him. With zero hesitation and complete shock, she said YES. They kissed and hugged each other while shedding a tear or two. After the proposal, Brad had planned a brunch in Sayville with his sister Jodi and brother-in-law Larry. As Lindsey and Brad arrived at the restaurant, Lindsey was completely surprised to see her mom, dad, sister, and friends there too. At that instant, Lindsey knew that Brad never ceased to amaze her and could not wait to spend the rest of her life with him.
