Schedule Of Events
The following is what to expect for the weekend:
Friday, August 12th
Rehearsal to begin at 4 o'clock in the afternoon, followed by a dinner hosted by Lindsey and Bill. Only select guests to attend. Invitations to event will be sent along with wedding invitation. Welcome dinner will begin at 5 p.m. and end at 9 p.m.
All of those who will are a part of the wedding party will gather at the wedding pavilion at 4 p.m. for the ceremony rehearsal which will last about 30 minutes.
The welcome dinner will be held in the Marlin room which is situated on the second floor of the boathouse. The boathouse is located beside the hotel.
Saturday, August 13th
Wedding ceremony starts at 4 o'clock in the afternoon
Ceremony to be followed by cocktail hour from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Dinner and dancing to follow until grand exit at 10 p.m. All events are located at Beaufort Hotel in Beaufort, NC. The hotel is valet only. Parking will be located across the street in the event lot.

This event will be outdoors for the ceremony and outdoor/indoor for the reception. Beach semi-formal attire encoraged.
There will be a water station for the outdoor ceremony and hand-held fans available. The ceremony will be short, then we will move indoors for the cocktail hour. Light hors d'oeuvres will be served for cocktail hour followed by a dinner buffet and dessert. There will be drinks and dancing following dinner.
